JOB TITLE

Regional Retail Graduate Program Manager | MAF Retail | Egypt Corporate Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY

This role focuses on leading the program from a talent management viewpoint and supporting the roll-out of graduates development programs with a focus on graduate's progression, their pre-designed career path, successful program completion and graduation. Ensure graduates individual development plans are created and implemented effectively. Supervise all principal accountabilities working with multiple stakeholders, update on graduate's progression, learning journey and ensure the graduate's rotation plan is implemented successfully.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as countries HC program champions, Learning and Development team and functional business heads, to provide necessary resources and support to ensure program success.
  • Collaborate with functional managers and TM L&D team to create development plan for the graduates, that align with the program objectives, functional rotation plan and business goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to match graduates with appropriate job roles based on their qualifications and aspirations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of graduate's throughout the program, providing ongoing support, feedback, and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Identify high-potential graduates within the program and establish a talent pool for key positions across functions and countries.
  • Collaborate with HC TM team to identify and nominate high-potential graduates as emerging talents.
  • Conduct regular monthly meetings or touch points with the graduates to maintain open lines of communication, address any concerns or challenges, and provide updates on program-related matters.
  • Take ownership of managing the headcount (HC) budget allocated for the graduate program.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, graduate programs, or similar roles.
  • Experience in managing graduate trainee programs and working with early-career professionals is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent development strategies, and performance management processes.
