Hally are support another fast growing Mar-Tech vendor with there Middle East expansion. We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on sales leader to build, coach, and scale a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive team across the Middle East and India. This role is responsible for driving predictable revenue growth through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Hire, lead, coach, and support a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Drive a metrics- and data-led management approach to lead teams operating at high velocity
- Design and implement scalable sales activity frameworks that create consistency, predictability, and sales excellence
- Embed and reinforce structured enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC / MEDDPIC) to improve deal qualification, forecasting accuracy, and win rates
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development to elevate individual and team performance
- Oversee continuous sales training to ensure strong product knowledge, effective positioning, and best-in-class sales execution
- Maintain expert-level understanding of the platform and solutions to confidently support complex customer conversations and overcome objections
- Proactively identify and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to optimize performance and capture key market segments
- Partner with Sales Leadership to track, report, and optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of experience in sales management or business development, leading quota-carrying sales teams
- 5+ years of prior experience as an individual contributor with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets
- Hands-on experience using structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and/or MEDDPIC
- Strong background in SaaS, IT, and/or Digital Marketing (MarTech experience required)
- Proven success exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Fluent in English and in Hindi or other Indian regional languages
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar CRM and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Package
- 60/40 split on Basic to commission + single status benefits only (package can be increased to accommodate the lack of benefits for family)
