Regional Sales Manager

We are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across the Riyadh region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, banking, or housing lease sales, with proven leadership and regional sales management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, banking sales, or housing/lease sales.
• Proven experience in a regional or senior sales management role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate and/or banking market.
• Preferably from a real estate development company or a bank.
