Job Description:
Maddox Pharma Swiss is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial activities across Egypt and selected regional markets. This role will be based in Cairo, Egypt, and will play a key role in strengthening our presence through effective management of agents and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives for Egypt and neighboring territories.
- Manage, support, and develop relationships with local agents and distributors to drive sustainable business growth.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions when required.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and territory performance to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for senior management.
- Ensure proper execution of marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with distributors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 23 years in a managerial or regional role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian pharmaceutical market and distribution channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage agents and distributors effectively across multiple territories.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic are required; French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
