#About_the_Role:
GET Group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Identity Management BU to drive business growth across assigned territories (Mainly in the Middle East and Africa Regions), with a strong focus on public sector engagements and strategic partner management. The role requires deep expertise in Identity Management solutions and regional sales leadership.
#Key_Responsibilities
-Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Identity Management portfolio.
- Lead and manage sales activities across assigned territories, with a strong focus on **public sector accounts**.
- Build a strong lead pipeline in assigned territories, identify and support the selection of local business partners in coordination with Director of Government Sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, partners, technology providers, and end users.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand GET Group's presence in target markets.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful deal closure and customer satisfaction.
- Represent GET Group in high level meetings, events, and negotiations at a regional level.

#Requirements
- Proven experience in Public Sector projects
- Proven track record in closing complex government projects
- Strong business development skills is a must
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- French language is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple markets and travel when required.
