responsibilities
- own and drive the commercial strategy for the assigned region, ensuring alignment with annual business and growth objectives
- build and execute a regional business plan that identifies priority markets, channels, and growth opportunities
- deliver sales and profitability targets across volume, market share, distribution, visibility, and stock health
- lead and develop distributor partnerships, setting clear expectations and holding partners accountable for performance
- oversee demand forecasting and short- to mid-term planning to ensure effective market supply and execution
- manage financial exposure across distributor accounts, including credit and risk controls
- design and roll out trade, brand, and consumer activation initiatives tailored to local market dynamics
- ensure strong in-market execution of commercial and activation programmes, tracking effectiveness and return on spend
requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 57 years experience in regional or international commercial roles within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- strong background in sales, trade marketing, and distributor or partner-led business models
- proven ability to translate strategy into executable commercial plans across multiple markets
- commercially analytical, with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions
- highly organised, with strong planning and project management capabilities
