Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, setting performance targets, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborative efforts across departments to enhance service delivery will be an essential part of this role.

Manage our structured medical rep team

Develop territory and product strategies

Lead key hospital and clinical accounts

Establish strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, rehab doctors, and procurement teams

Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and performance

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our medical representative team in the field of orthotics, prosthetics and advanced rehabilitation technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales management, business development, and customer relationship building

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the healthcare or orthotics and prosthetics industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Flexibility to adapt to market trends and work in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, pharmacy, biomedical or a related field
