Regional Wholesale Manager - Middle East (Dubai Based)
Premium Beauty & Personal Care | Retail & Distribution | Regional Growth

We are partnering with a globally recognised premium beauty and personal care brand, renowned for its strong retail presence and high-quality product portfolio, to appoint a commercially driven Sales Manager for the Middle East.

This role will take full ownership of regional sales performance across multiple retail channels, working closely with distributors and key retail partners to accelerate growth and elevate execution in market.

You will act as the commercial lead for the region - shaping sell-in and sell-out strategies, strengthening distributor capability and building influential relationships with major department stores, leading malls and high-quality independent retailers.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to someone who understands the nuances of premium retail across the Middle East. You will be responsible for driving performance through sharper forecasting, stronger distributor leadership and consistent in-store excellence, while identifying new opportunities to expand brand presence across key retail doors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and manage distributor partners to deliver against ambitious regional sales targets

  • Develop and execute annual sell-out plans, tracking performance weekly and monthly

  • Own the end-to-end sell-in process, including forecasting, stock planning and assortment strategy

  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with department stores, major malls and independent retail partners across the region

  • Ensure flawless execution of in-store activations in line with global brand guidelines

  • Align A&P investment and trade initiatives with overall commercial objectives

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, education and supply chain to ensure seamless execution

  • Monitor financial performance including payments, rebates and account statements

  • Conduct regular market visits to review performance, identify opportunities and address operational needs

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales leadership experience within premium or luxury branded goods, beauty, personal care, FMCG or a comparable consumer category

  • Demonstrated success managing distributors and developing key retail accounts across the Middle East

  • Existing relationships, or strong experience building partnerships, with department stores, leading malls and independent retailers

  • Highly commercial mindset with strong forecasting and analytical capability

  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent negotiation and influencing skills

  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with a willingness to be regularly in market
