Key Responsibilities:
- Assist registered nurses and doctors in providing basic medical care to patients at home
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in health status
- Support with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Administer medication as directed and ensure timely documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Follow care plans and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the medical team
Requirements:
- Nursing diploma or certification from a recognized institution
- DHA/HAAD license or eligibility (as per regional requirements)
- Minimum 12 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
