Role Purpose

The Relationship Director- Master Agency (Dubai) is responsible for leading sales execution across Master Agency projects in Dubai. The role focuses on managing sales teams, activating brokerage networks, and delivering unit sales and revenue targets in line with approved project strategies.

This position is execution-focused and accountable for team performance, sales conversion, and pipeline management across all assigned projects.

What You Will Do

  • Lead sales execution: Deliver unit sales and revenue targets across all assigned Master Agency projects
  • Own team performance: Manage, coach, and develop Relationship Managers to ensure consistent results
  • Drive KPIs: Set, monitor, and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and performance targets
  • Control pipelines: Ensure disciplined follow-up, conversion tracking, and deal progression
  • Manage broker networks: Oversee engagement, briefings, activations, and relationships with brokerage partners
  • Coordinate sales activity: Support broker events, open houses, and project launches
  • Oversee operations: Ensure accurate CRM updates, reservations, EOIs, and inventory allocation
  • Ensure transaction flow: Coordinate documentation and deal progression through to closure
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Report performance: Prepare clear weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts

Who We Are Looking For

This role suits a hands-on sales leader with strong master-agency or broker-network experience who thrives on execution and accountability.

  • Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales within a Brokerage-driven or Master Agency model
  • Leadership exposure: Proven experience managing sales teams and Relationship Managers
  • Market knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan real estate market
  • Performance focus: Demonstrated success delivering unit sales and revenue targets
  • KPI discipline: Comfortable owning conversion ratios, pipeline control, and activity metrics
  • Sales operations: Experience managing CRM, reservations, EOIs, and transaction flow
  • Communication: Clear, confident communicator with brokers and internal stakeholders
  • Leadership style: Hands-on, structured, and execution-focused
  • Mindset: Resilient, accountable, commercially aware, and results-driven
