Relationship Manager

Role Overview

Banke Capital is seeking a senior off-plan sales professional with strong developer-side and investment sales experience to drive distribution of off-plan real estate investment opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of capital advisory, developer relations, and broker network management.

This is a revenue-critical role requiring commercial maturity, market intelligence, and consistent deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present Banke Capital's off-plan investment portfolio to real estate agencies, broker networks, and qualified investors, aligning opportunities with defined investment objectives and return expectations
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with brokerage firms, institutional partners, and high-net-worth clients
  • Own individual sales and distribution targets, identifying, structuring, and closing off-plan investment transactions
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to senior leadership
  • Utilize and optimize CRM systems to track client engagement, deal progress, and reporting accuracy
  • Manage the end-to-end transaction process, including offer structuring, documentation, contract execution, and payment milestones
  • Maintain proactive client communication, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying repeat and future investment opportunities
  • Provide market intelligence on pricing, demand trends, investor behavior, and competitive activity to inform capital deployment and sales strategy

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of proven Dubai experience in off-plan sales with real estate developers or investment-focused firms
  • Demonstrated track record of closing off-plan investment transactions
  • Strong commercial negotiation, influencing, and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to operate in a high-performance, target-driven environment
  • Client-centric mindset with strong relationship management capability
  • Consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets
  • An established local and international broker / investor network is highly advantageous
