Relationship Manager

We are hiring for a Relationship Manager position who are dynamic and results-driven. This role requires proven experience in the real estate industry, with a strong sales acumen and in-depth knowledge of the UAE's primary market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, investors, and stakeholders.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and client events targeting Chinese investors.

- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and emerging developer projects.

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Experience Required :

Minimum of 0-6 months in real estate within the UAE.

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)

Proficiency in English are essential.
