Job Description

Job Purpose:

Managers must develop new business for a specific target market of High-Net-worth Individuals and Business Professionals. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and understand clients financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
  2. Take part and facilitate CBI outdoor activities, road shows, joint promotions & presentations to companies to promote CBI products and services when required.
  3. Provides a superior level of customer relations and service and ensures compliance with CBI policies and procedures. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  4. Promote and sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, accounts, and investment services.
  5. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  6. Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  7. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell bank products.
  8. Propose market studies for potential customers and existing competition to selectbest suitable action plan for the short and medium terms.
  9. Understand the basic aspects of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities.
  10. Apply basic concepts and techniques while selling products targeted at predetermined needs of the customers.
  11. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  12. Always acts in the best interest of CBI to highlight anyconcerns related to a customer's personal and / or financial behaviors and activities.
  13. Responsible for ensuring that all actions required by Internal / External Audit are completed in a timely manner.
  14. Completes any actions required in relation to Compliance; CBUAE and / or Compliance requests / interactions in line with the agreed timelines.
  15. Resolve client issues and provide prompt service.
  16. Responsible forensuring both the quality of the client and all documentation through the Onboarding stages, to ensure that quality customers are onboard.
  17. Perform another duties or responsibilities that are consistent with the role as assigned by management.

Education:

University degree in related field

Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience.

Other Skills Required for the Job:

  1. English language (spoken and written)
  2. Working knowledge to operate MS Office applications
  3. Full knowledge of the policies and procedures of the retail business. (Training will be provided)
  4. Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
  5. Ability to deal with multi-cultured individuals from varying nationalities, and to be able to focus on the details.
  6. To be anxious for achievement and able to take responsibility.
  7. Competitive, Self-confident with a strong personality and good appearance.
  8. Ability to deliver assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
