Job Title: Relationship Manager Property Developer | ELEVATE

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reports to: Sales Director

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Market Leading Commission

The Role:

As a Relationship Manager, you represent ELEVATE in the market. You will connect premium luxury inventory with active regional and international investors, driving revenue through channel partners, structured presentations, and disciplined deal execution.

This role is designed for a commercially driven professional who understands the UAE off-plan market and thrives in a performance-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Ownership - Drive and exceed monthly sales targets within the luxury off-plan segment.
  • Broker & Channel Development - Build, activate, and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and high-net-worth investors across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
  • Client Advisory & Closing - Lead professional presentations and negotiations, ensuring transparent, compliant, and efficient deal closure.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management - Utilise CRM to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, reporting accuracy, and structured follow-ups.
  • Market Intelligence - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate trends, with particular focus on Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, providing informed, data-backed advice to investors.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a high-performance professional with strong UAE market exposure and a proven sales track record.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of UAE real estate sales experience (developer or Tier-1 brokerage background required)
  • Proven off-plan sales experience across multiple project launches
  • Active broker and channel partner network across the UAE
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
  • Fluent English (Russian, Arabic, or Chinese language skills are advantageous)
  • Commercially driven, resilient, and target-focused mindset
