Role Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, providing suitable solutions, and addressing concerns to enhance customer experience. This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Relationship Management, Client Relationship Building, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of FMCG operations, Supply Chain processes, and Digital Transformation
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Solution Selling
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
  • Fluency in English and local language(s); additional language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; prior experience in the FMCG or Fintech industry is preferred
