Job Purpose:

Responsible to Manage a portfolio of FI Bank customers and Manage Country & Credit Risk analysis for Banks/FIs

Principal Accountabilities:

Manage and grow relationships with targeted Financial Institution (FI) clients.

Prepare, Review and submit credit applications and renewal requests in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to the Bank's credit risk standards and policies

Conduct country and FI analysis in line with CBD's risk management framework

Develop and deepen client relationships through regular engagement, including client visits and strategic discussions.

Identify client needs and proactively propose suitable CBD products and solutions in coordination with product partners.

Follow up on customer transactions and liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and back offices to ensure smooth execution.

Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory developments affecting FI clients and share relevant insights internally.

Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory and reporting requirements, maintaining consistency across the Bank.

Ensure customer documentation, compliance records, and legal files are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Support, train, and mentor junior team members (including ARMs) to enhance team capability and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Education And Experience

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management

Minimum 10 Years banking experience with at least 5 years as FI / Corporate Banking Relationship manager developing and managing international relationships.

Good knowledge of banking operations and credit management.

Established relations within the FI community would be a definite advantage.
