Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager for our Dubai office. This full-time, on site role will focus on building, managing, and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met with tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring long-term relationships are built on trust and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen long - term relationships with clients to drive business development.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by networking with real estate agents and brokers.
- Identify and understand client needs, offering customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work Closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
- Monitor client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high standard of service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience in client relationship management with solid understanding of the real estate market.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in client needs analysis and market research to align offerings with demands.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build a loyal customer base.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
Note: Fluency in European and Chinese languages will be considered a strong advantage.
