Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering suitable solutions. The role involves regular client meetings, providing financial advice and product information, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for client onboarding, documentation, and continuous monitoring of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial planning, investment advisory, and wealth management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in client documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP is an advantage
• Previous experience in the asset management industry is beneficial
