Accountabilities & Key Roles:
- Improve profitability of the portfolio by achieving set objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing and developing/building relationships with new unit Clients.
- Enhance the marketing process for credit facilities (Up-Selling) and (Cross Selling) and implement marketing strategy within the unit.
- Analyze and evaluate credit data and financial statements to determine the level of risk and assisting on the credit facility structure, collaterals and terms & conditions;
- Identify existing and potential key Clients and define their needs.
- Handle the clients portfolio that are considered small to medium under supervision from Sr. RM/Unit Head.
- Analyze clients complaints, follow-up on service recovery process to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure periodic updating for industrial studies.
- Build financial modeling and financial spreading for clients.
- Conduct risk analysis/determination activities based on the analyzed credit data and financial statements to provide credit recommendation proposals.
- Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio's (simultaneous Growth)
- Liaise with segments to provide high quality service levels and ensure adequate turnaround times.
- Suggest improvement initiatives and innovative idea to achieve business growth and continuity.
- Perfume analysis and assessment for clients needs of new products and services.
- Collect all required documents to make a credit decision.
- Implementing field visits to clients.
- Review and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions.
- Suggest initiative to increase the unit portfolio and customer base.
- Analyze and study the market to find new business opportunities and utilize them.
- Manage active/current customer portfolio.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
-At least 8 years of relationship experience in a leading international/Regional Bank.
-Competences:
- Excellent in English & target market language.
- Thorough understanding banking products and services.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with clients/companies.
- Good exposure to industry sectors.
- Proven analytical and modeling skills and thorough understanding of financial statement.
- Excellent understanding of lending practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills
