About the Role
Laya Developers is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role focuses on driving sales across our current and upcoming residential projects, managing broker relationships, and contributing to overall sales strategy. You'll be involved from initial client engagement through to closing, ensuring a smooth and transparent buying experience.
What You'll Be Doing
• Identify and engage new clients through brokers, referrals, and direct channels
• Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and agencies
• Present projects confidently, highlighting layout efficiency, value, and lifestyle
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and upcoming launches
• Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, payment plans, and collections
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE regulations and internal policies
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Support launches, site visits, and client meetings
What We're Looking For
• 4–6+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
• Proven track record of closing residential property deals
• Strong existing broker network in the UAE
• Understanding of both end-user and investor profiles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Organized and comfortable using CRM systems
• Self-motivated and results-driven
