RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain relationships with clients to drive life insurance sales.
Understand client needs and tailor insurance solutions to meet those needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Provide expert advice on life insurance products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new client database and competitive offerings.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Grow existing book and maintain existing client portfolios with persistency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the UAE insurance sector.
Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
