Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requirements
- Provide detailed information about current and upcoming real estate projects
- Conduct market research to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client transactions and ensure client satisfaction
- Track and report on sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Minimum 1
year of experience in a
relationship management role within the real estate sector Developer.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
