Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Sales located in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction and managing real estate brokers. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain effective client relations and close deals.

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Market Research and Sales Strategy development experience
  • Customer Service and Client Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
