Skyland Horizons is expanding and we're looking for top-tier talent to join our elite sales team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, investors, and brokers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing successful deals.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with brokers for co-listings and joint deals.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact to handover.

Qualification:

• 3+ years of Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong broker and client database in the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of RERA regulations, contracts, and DLD procedures.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• CRM experience & proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA certification is a plus.
