About the Client:

A leading wealth management firm with a strong reputation for integrity, transparency, and client-first values. The firm partners with top regional and international banks, providing its team with full access to banking infrastructure and investment solutions, ensuring seamless client servicing and business development opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to transition into the independent wealth management space, working directly with senior private bankers to learn the business model, develop client relationships, and build your own book of clients under expert mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Acquire new clients through personal network, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across investment and advisory services.
  • Contribute to AUM growth targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance discussions.
  • Understand clients financial goals, risk appetite, and liquidity needs.
  • Deliver customized investment proposals and asset allocation strategies.

Investment Advisory & Portfolio Management

  • Provide discretionary and advisory portfolio solutions.
  • Coordinate with investment committee and research teams.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, market developments, and risk exposure.
  • Recommend tactical and strategic allocation changes.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements, KYC/AML, and suitability standards.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.
  • Work closely with custodian banks and compliance teams.

Internal Collaboration

  • Liaise with operations, compliance, and product teams.
  • Support onboarding processes with custodian banks.
  • Participate in investment committee discussions (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a reputable financial institution.
  • Existing client book
  • Proven track record in client servicing, relationship building, and new client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of wealth products, investment solutions, and banking services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, and motivation to grow within a performance-driven environment.
