Job Description

Role Purpose:

The job holder is responsible for acquiring, developing and maintaining a portfolio of customers who require banking products banking products and services. This job holder is also responsible for contributing to customers acquisition portfolio growth and increasing the growth revenue of the business, while professionally managing customer relationships and increase the banks share of the customer's wallet.

Job Objective:

Responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing a portfolio of banking customers to drive revenue growth and increase the bank's share of wallet. Focuses on customer relationship management, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for acquiring, developing, and expanding a customer base that requires banking products and services, ensuring continuous growth of the bank's portfolio.
  • Contribute to increasing the bank's revenue by growing the customer portfolio, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and maximizing the bank's share in the customer's financial dealings.
  • Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, while addressing their banking needs efficiently and increasing the bank's service offering.
  • Personalized face to face customer service through fully equipped tablets with all required applications to assist clients.
  • Promotes, represents and welcomes current and potential customers, employees and vendors to the bank in a professional and inviting manner.
  • Develop a strong, value-added relationship with current and prospective customers by engaging in conversations that uncover their current and future financial needs.
  • Understanding clients financial needs and address at the same time.
  • Providing strategic advice and educating customers about our products and services offered.
  • To cross sell bank products to the customers.
  • Assisting bank clients with transactions, balances, verifying deposits, other financial needs.
  • Follows established customer service guidelines with each customer and presents a professional image of Al- Maryah Community Bank.
  • Projects good customer relations while conveying a positive banking / customer service experience.
  • Recording/capturing financial data and document as per banks requirements in tablets provided.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
  • Works closely with all retail employees and other Bank employees as necessary to ensure the satisfaction of the customer and completion of work duties.
  • Achieve monthly product sales and follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Supporting on MFK maintenance as per requirement.
  • Ensuring the hub is well stocked with stationary, hardware of MFK's with sustaining appropriate atmosphere.
  • Enabling oneself with multitasking including customer service, upselling and cross selling, machine maintenance, branch operations with any additional tasks provided.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Graduate in Banking/Finance or related fieldBasic Understanding of Banking/Finance.
  • Technical ability to input and retrieve computerized information
