Reliability Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Reliability Manager. The Reliability Manager will oversee the reliability and performance of systems and processes, ensuring operational excellence and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include developing and implementing reliability programs, analyzing system data to identify improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address process inefficiencies, and implementing best practices for risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will work to ensure scalability, security, and performance for the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability engineering, system performance management, and infrastructure planning
• Strong knowledge of risk mitigation strategies, process optimization, and operational efficiency
• Proficient in data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional team participation
• Proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments and implement scalable solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Familiarity with fintech, financial systems, and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
