Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Remote Administrative Operations & Data Entry Coordinator to support daily business functions and ensure accurate data management across departments. This role combines administrative coordination, operational support, and precise data entry to maintain efficient workflows in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Data Management
Accurately input, update, and maintain data within internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and correct errors
Organize and maintain digital filing systems and operational documentation
Generate routine and ad hoc reports for leadership and internal teams
Administrative and Operational Support
Coordinate daily operational tasks and workflow tracking
Assist with order processing, documentation management, and internal record keeping
Schedule virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes
Support cross-functional teams with administrative coordination
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance
Identify inefficiencies in administrative or data workflows and recommend improvements
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and data security standards
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Track performance metrics related to productivity and accuracy
Communication and Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth information flow
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and team collaboration initiatives
Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding task progress and operational status
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations coordination
Strong typing skills with exceptional accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience with CRM, ERP, or other cloud-based systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
Basic knowledge of reporting or data analysis tools
