Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Support & Data Processing Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support while ensuring accurate data processing and record management. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities
Data Processing and Entry
Accurately input, update, and maintain data within internal databases and systems
Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
Perform routine audits to identify and correct discrepancies
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Generate reports and summaries as requested by management
Administrative Support
Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate virtual appointments
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
Assist with document preparation, distribution, and recordkeeping
Support cross-functional teams with clerical and coordination tasks
Operational Coordination
Track assignments and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Assist in monitoring workflow processes and operational metrics
Collaborate with departments to resolve data-related or administrative issues
Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency
Compliance and Confidentiality
Follow company policies and data security standards
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Ensure compliance with established procedures and documentation practices
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
12 years of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud-based systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
