In this role, you will play a significant part in designing and implementing advanced systems for data acquisition that greatly enhance the clinical trial processes. Accountabilities
- Provide specialized expertise in the collection of electronic data, particularly non-CRF data.
- Support the development of data transfer agreements for complex external data.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to establish data collection requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data in line with requirements.
- Conduct quality control on test transfers to confirm data integrity.
- Collaborate with external vendors to align on Data Transfer Agreements.
- Manage expectations of internal stakeholders and drive project deliveries.
- Resolve issues effectively and escalate to leadership as necessary.
- Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technological or clinical field.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in creating data transfer agreements.
- Ability to interpret data collection requirements from clinical trial protocols.
- Experience with non-CRF electronic data (e.g., laboratory data, IWRS, ECG).
- Knowledge of transforming non-CRF raw electronic data into standardized formats.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data to diverse audiences.
