Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Remote Entry-Level Data Operations Analyst to support operational reporting, data accuracy, and performance tracking across regional teams. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in data analysis and business operations. The successful candidate will assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain operational data from internal systems and databases.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance insights.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

Support data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and service level metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and clarify data points.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting efficiency.

Maintain documentation related to operational procedures and data workflows.

Ensure compliance with company data protection and confidentiality policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data functions.

Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
