Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Management & Operations Assistant to support our administrative and operational functions. This role is responsible for managing high-volume data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day operational coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
This position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams through accurate and timely information processing.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across multiple internal systems
Oversee data processing workflows to ensure timely completion
Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
Generate operational reports and performance summaries
Assist with tracking key performance indicators and productivity metrics
Support scheduling, documentation management, and administrative coordination
Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer support teams
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data security standards
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations assistance
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
