We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Management & Operations Assistant to support daily business functions through accurate data maintenance and administrative coordination. As a Virtual Data Management & Operations Assistant, you will manage digital records, support operational reporting, and assist cross-functional teams with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Data Management & System Support
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal databases and platforms
Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues promptly
Conduct routine data audits and quality assurance checks
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation repositories
Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports
Operations & Workflow Assistance
Track workflow progress and monitor task completion
Assist in preparing performance reports and KPI summaries
Support dashboard updates and reporting accuracy
Help maintain standard operating procedures and documentation
Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities
Administrative Coordination
Provide general administrative support to management and operations teams
Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and internal documentation
Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain meeting notes
Support onboarding documentation and internal record updates
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data reliability
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
13 years of experience in data entry, operations support, or administrative roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
