Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry & Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines accurate data management with operational and administrative support to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Data Management

Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

Conduct routine audits to identify discrepancies and correct errors

Organize and maintain digital files and documentation

Generate data reports and summaries for management as needed

Operations Support

Assist with daily operational tasks and workflow coordination

Support order processing, tracking, and documentation management

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data-related issues

Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Administrative Assistance

Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications

Schedule meetings and coordinate virtual appointments

Maintain accurate internal records and documentation

Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries

Quality Control and Compliance

Follow company policies and data security standards

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations coordination

Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Experience using CRM, ERP, or other cloud-based systems

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Basic knowledge of reporting tools or data analytics
