Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Support & Administrative Specialist to support daily operations through accurate data management and structured administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Maintenance
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple databases and systems
Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues promptly
Conduct routine data audits and quality assurance checks
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation repositories
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports as requested
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to management and internal teams
Manage email communications and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials
Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and internal documentation
Assist with document formatting, proofreading, and recordkeeping
Support onboarding documentation and internal system updates
Operational & Workflow Coordination
Track workflow progress and monitor task completion
Follow up on outstanding assignments to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and documentation
Support cross-departmental data and document requests
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Recommend improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
