Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator - REMOTE. This role is designed to drive high-impact marketing initiatives within the healthcare field. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and tracking of various programs, including webinars, sales training, social media strategies, and email campaigns. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of HCP Marketing, honing your skills in data management, performance reporting, and resource coordination. This remote position allows you to make significant contributions to the marketing team's success.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support revenue-driving initiatives
  • Create, revise, and manage marketing content and resources to ensure consistent messaging
  • Develop and schedule social media content, support community engagement, and monitor performance
  • Plan and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and list management
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and webinars
  • Maintain database integrity and manage contact lists
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance across digital channels
  • Assist with print production, marketing collateral inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

  • College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or medical device industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent writing skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines
