Remote IT Technician

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Remote IT Technician. The role is based in Dubai, with some tasks eligible for remote work. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Additional responsibilities include assisting end-users, delivering training on IT tools and processes, and maintaining strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
• Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology systems and practices
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users
• Experience in providing Training to enhance user understanding of IT systems and tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with both remote and in-person work environments
• Relevant certifications in IT or technical support fields are a plus
