Role Description
The Remote IT Technician will proactively address technical issues and provide IT support to clients and team members. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, delivering technical support, and ensuring a seamless IT infrastructure. Other duties involve providing customer service support and delivering training on basic IT tools as needed. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
- Knowledge of Technical Support and Information Technology best practices
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide clear, empathetic, and professional assistance
- Experience in providing Training on IT tools and resources to non-technical users
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model, combining onsite and remote work
- Prior experience in similar roles; experience with remote IT support tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
