Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an IT Technician, based in Dubai with opportunities for remote work. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring a smooth operational environment. Daily tasks may include assisting users with technical challenges, offering training as needed, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Information Technology, with knowledge of network and system maintenance.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to provide professional and timely assistance to users.
- Experience in providing Training for technical tools and systems to colleagues or clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant certifications or degree in Information Technology or a related field are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar IT support role, especially within a hybrid work setting, is beneficial.
