[Remote] Remote Inside Sales Paid Internship | English Fluency Required - U.S. Clients
Location: must reside in Egypt
Compensation: Hourly base pay + paid break + performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time Internship | 40 hours/week
Duration: 2 month paid internship, with potential full-time offer
Hours: MondayFriday, aligned with U.S. East Coast business hours (9:00 AM5:00 PM ET)
About the Remote Inside Sales Paid Internship Opportunity:
We're a U.S.-based company, adding to a high-performing international sales team, and we're looking for confident, English-fluent individuals in Egypt who want real exposure to professional B2B sales in the U.S. market.
This is not an observation-only or passive internship. You'll receive structured, paid training and ongoing coaching, then work directly with experienced sales leaders to engage U.S. business decision-makers in real, first-touch conversations. If you're articulate, personable, coachable, and comfortable thinking on your feet, this role can be a strong launchpad into sales, business development, or other client-facing careers. Interns who consistently demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and performance will be considered for full-time remote employment.
Interns who successfully complete the program but are not extended a full-time offer will still receive a professional reference, provided expectations are met.
What You'll Do - Remote Inside Sales Paid Internship Responsibilities
Conduct an assigned number of outbound prospecting calls to a targeted list of U.S. businesses
Use talking points effectively while adapting to each conversation
Engage prospects to identify interest and seize opportunities to schedule meetings
Apply feedback and review updated scripts/talking points to continuously improve performance
Meet activity and performance targets set by your manager
What We're Looking For - Remote Inside Sales Paid Internship Qualifications
English fluency - clear, confident speaker, and the ability to mirror U.S. communication norms required
Naturally personable, persuasive, and professional on the phone
Comfortable handling unscripted conversations with U.S. decision makers
Coachable, reliable, and motivated to improve daily
Interest in sales, communication, marketing or business careers
Proficient with computers and open to learning new software
Quiet and uninterrupted working space/environment required
Availability for 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, during US East Coast business hours
