Remote Telesales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will engage with potential and existing patients to promote and inform them about the clinic's services, answer inquiries, and schedule consultations. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Occasional coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction may also be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Prior Telesales Experience is a must
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Sales skills, including the ability to persuade and close deals, are essential.
• Self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
