Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage renovation and rehabilitation program strategies, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee multiple concurrent renovation projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment with scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Review and approve project plans, change orders, contracts, and payment applications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare executive reports and updates on program status, milestones, and financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to construction, timelines, and budgets.
- Support procurement processes and contractor selection.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 68+ years of experience in construction, renovation, rehabilitation, or capital project management.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
