Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage renovation and rehabilitation program strategies, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent renovation projects from concept through completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment with scope and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Review and approve project plans, change orders, contracts, and payment applications.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and resolve issues proactively.
  • Prepare executive reports and updates on program status, milestones, and financial performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to construction, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support procurement processes and contractor selection.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 68+ years of experience in construction, renovation, rehabilitation, or capital project management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
