Rental Sales Agent

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Rental Sales Agent. The Rental Sales Agent will assist customers in selecting suitable rental options, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and successfully execute day-to-day rental transactions. Additional tasks include promoting rental products and services, maintaining accurate rental agreements, supporting walk-in and pre-booked customers, and handling customer inquiries. Ensuring smooth communication and delivering excellent service will be key responsibilities of this role.

• Proven experience or knowledge in Car Rental operations
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Sales skills to successfully promote products and services to drive revenue
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Basic computer and system proficiency for booking and documentation purposes
• Prior experience in similar roles or the automotive industry is an advantage
