Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rental Sales Agent, based in New Cairo. The Rental Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with car rental transactions, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and effectively communicating product information to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Car Rental processes and services
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
• Proven proficiency in Sales and client relationship management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in the real estate or automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
