Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Repair Technician located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing crypto mining devices and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing maintenance services, configuring miners and wallets, managing immersion cooling systems, and providing technical support to clients. The role also involves conducting trend analysis, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal performance of all crypto mining devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices
• Familiarity with crypto mining devices, such as ASIC miners and must have good soldering skills.
• Skills in miner and wallet configuration
• Knowledge of immersion cooling systems management
• Proficiency in conducting financial feasibilities and trend analysis
• Excellent technical support and customer service skills
• Ability to manage inventory and ensure optimal device performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the crypto mining industry is advantageous
