Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements, earnings releases, and regulatory reports.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations, including XBRL tagging.
• Close Process: Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Account Analysis: Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform variance analysis to explain financial results.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Technical Accounting: Research and document accounting policies, ensuring technical accuracy in financial reports
