Job Description

About the role
This position exists to support our growing portfolio of mandates, specifically focusing on a leading logistics firm in Sharjah as they expand their operations. The Reporting Analyst Assistant provides the data foundation that allows our principals to form a clear view on complex governance and strategy problems. By gathering accurate information and drafting concise summaries, you ensure our clients receive advice based on rigorous evidence rather than speculation.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings operates on a model of direct accountability. We do not use large teams of associates to produce long, unnecessary slide decks. Instead, we work with a limited number of clients to solve critical problems in corporate strategy and operating model efficiency. Our work helps family groups, government entities, and large corporations find clarity in their portfolios and governance structures. Because we are a principal-led firm, our assistants work directly with the partners who are responsible for the final outcomes of every engagement. We prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets.

What you will do
  • Collect and organize operational data from the Sharjah logistics client to identify trends in their current expansion.
  • Draft concise weekly reports that summarize project progress and highlight potential risks in the operating model.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefing documents for principal meetings with client boards and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sector news and regulatory changes that could impact the logistics and holding company landscape.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial and operational figures before they are included in formal advisory documents.
  • Maintain organized digital files for all ongoing mandates to ensure information is accessible to the remote team.
  • Support the development of governance frameworks by documenting current processes and suggesting simpler alternatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine internal databases used for benchmarking portfolio performance.

What we are looking for
  • A demonstrated ability to write clearly and professionally using plain English.
  • A logical approach to solving problems and the curiosity to look past the first answer.
  • Familiarity with basic spreadsheet software and the ability to organize large sets of information.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing documents for factual errors or inconsistencies.
  • The discipline to work effectively in a fully remote environment without constant supervision.
  • Basic understanding of corporate structures or an interest in how holding companies manage their subsidiaries.
  • A university degree or ongoing studies in business, economics, or a related field of analysis.

How we work
We operate as a fully remote firm, which allows us to focus entirely on the quality of our analysis rather than office politics or traditional overhead. Our communication is frequent but purposeful: we use digital tools to stay connected and ensure every member of the team knows exactly what is expected of them. Mentorship happens through direct involvement in high-level mandates, where you will see how strategic decisions are actually made and defended. We value precision and honesty, both in our internal discussions and in the advice we give to our clients. This remote structure demands a high degree of personal responsibility and a commitment to maintaining clear lines of communication across the team.

What the role offers
  • A permanent, full-time position with a salary that is competitive and attractive for the entry-level market.
  • Direct exposure to the governance and strategy challenges of a major logistics expansion in the region.
  • The flexibility of a 100 percent remote working arrangement that prioritizes output over hours logged.
  • Guidance from experienced principals who provide meaningful feedback on your research and writing.
  • A professional environment where clarity of thought and simple, effective communication are the primary measures of success.
