Job Description:
The
Reporting & Insight Director will lead the agency's analytics and reporting strategy ensuring clients make data-backed decisions that drive business growth. You'll oversee dashboards, analytics frameworks, and data storytelling across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the analytics and reporting strategy across all client accounts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality dashboards, insights, and performance analyses.
- Partner with strategy and media teams to connect data with business outcomes.
- Lead analytics transformation projects, integrating new tools and automation.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists.
- Present actionable insights to clients, translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 1012 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or media insights.
- Strong command of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and data governance.
- Proven leadership and client presentation skills.
- Ability to turn complex data into compelling stories that drive decisions.
