- Develop and implement reporting processes to gather and analyse data for reporting purposes. - Collaborate with various departments to collect relevant information. - Design and generate reports to meet organizational needs. - Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported data. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. - Stay updated on reporting tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting Process Development:
- Develop and implement standardized reporting processes to ensure efficient and consistent data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather relevant data and understand reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement appropriate data sources and reporting tools to meet organizational needs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reported data.
- Interpret data analysis results and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
- Data Management and Quality:
- Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of data used for reporting.
- Maintain data dictionaries and documentation to ensure data consistency and understanding.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant data insights.
- Present reports and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, tailoring communication to the audience.
- Gather feedback on reporting deliverables and continuously improve reporting processes.
- Reporting Tools and Technologies:
- Stay informed about the latest reporting tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new reporting tools and technologies to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop expertise in data visualization and reporting software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of reporting methodologies and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
