Systems Arabia is hiring for a Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining project performance reports and dashboards that provide clear, accurate, and timely insights to stakeholders. This role supports the Project Management Office / Project Management Consultancy (PMC) by consolidating data from multiple sources and ensuring consistent, high-quality reporting aligned with project and organizational KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain project performance dashboards and management reports.
- Collect, analyze, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources, including project plans, timesheets, risk and issue logs, and financial trackers.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting for project stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools, templates, and standards to ensure consistency and clarity across all project communications.
- Support the PMC in tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as budget variance, schedule adherence, resource utilization, and risk trends.
- Identify data inconsistencies or gaps and work with project teams to resolve issues proactively.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in reporting, analytics, or project controls within a project or PMO environment.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Strong understanding of project management metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Fluent in Arabic Language
